TERMS OF USE

I. AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Vento Games Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. (“Vento”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which governs your use of Vento’s mobile applications and games (“Vento’s Apps”).
By installing or using Vento’s Apps, you:
- Agree to be bound by this EULA,
- Represent that you own or control the device on which the App will be installed, and
- Confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
This EULA also applies to updates or supplements unless governed by separate terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use any Vento App.
Vento may modify this EULA from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or at ventogames.com. Continued use of the Apps after any update constitutes acceptance.
Use of the Apps is also subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
II. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 13 years or older to use Vento’s Apps.
If you are under 13, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept this EULA on your behalf.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of our Services.
III. LICENSE TO USE VENTO’S APPS
Subject to compliance with this EULA, Vento grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of the App on your personal device for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment use only.
IV. RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Restricted Use
You may not rent, sell, sublicense, distribute, copy (except for backup), reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Vento’s Apps.
You may not make the Apps available over a network for multiple users.
You may not access or modify the source code of any App.
Updates
Vento may release updates, patches, or new versions. Updates may be installed automatically or upon your approval. Support for previous versions may end upon release of new versions.
Access Requirements
You are responsible for your internet connection, device, and any data costs.
Vento does not guarantee that the Apps will function on all devices or in all regions.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by third parties (Apple or Google).
- By confirming a purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately.
- All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiry.
V. APP FUNCTIONALITY
Vento’s Apps provide entertainment services and features that may change from time to time.
Some functions may rely on third-party partners, and data accuracy (e.g., location) cannot be guaranteed.
VI. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS
Third-Party Content
Vento’s Apps may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Vento is not responsible for third-party content or any damages resulting from its use.
Access to Third-Party Services
You may encounter content from other sources that could be inaccurate or objectionable.
Vento assumes no responsibility for such content.
VII. SECURITY
Vento’s Apps use standard security technologies but cannot guarantee complete protection.
You acknowledge that data transmission and storage involve security risks, which you accept.
VIII. UNINSTALLATION
You may uninstall the App at any time using your device’s standard uninstall procedure.
IX. CONSENT TO DATA USE
Vento may collect technical data (device type, OS version, identifiers) to maintain and improve the App, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at ventogames.com/privacy.
X. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interests in Vento’s Apps—including text, graphics, artwork, software, and trademarks—are owned by Vento Games Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The “Vento” name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.
XI. TERMINATION
Your license is automatically terminated if you breach any term of this EULA.
Vento may suspend or discontinue the Apps at any time without liability.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.
Sections XII–XVII survive termination.
XII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vento’s Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
Vento disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Vento is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss or corruption
- Unauthorized access or hacking
- Viruses or harmful code introduced by third parties
XIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Vento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Vento’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App.
XIV. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vento Games Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş., its affiliates, employees, and partners against any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Apps or violation of this EULA.
XV. EXPORT CONTROLS
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws when using Vento’s Apps.
XVI. GOVERNMENT END USER NOTICE
Vento’s Apps are licensed as “Commercial Computer Software” and are subject to restricted rights under applicable U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations.
XVII. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This EULA and any disputes related to it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Any claim arising under this EULA must be filed within three (3) years of its accrual or will be permanently barred.
